Accessibility Statement

Grushdelta is committed to ensuring that our digital presence is accessible to all users, regardless of physical or mental limitations. We believe that information about our recording services and facilities should be available to everyone. We are working towards full compliance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA standards to provide an inclusive experience for all our clients in Fukuoka and beyond.

Quick Summary:

  • Designed with the goal of meeting WCAG 2.2 AA standards.
  • Full support for keyboard navigation, screen readers, and high-contrast modes.
  • Dedicated support channel with a guaranteed response within 24 hours for accessibility issues.
  • Transparency in compliance based on the principles of the European Accessibility Act.

1. Compliance Status

Currently, this website is "partially compliant" with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. We employ a comprehensive approach to user interface design, utilizing modern web standards to ensure that users with visual impairments can accurately perceive our studio's layout—including our 120m² total area and the three-room configuration (live room, vocal booth, and control room)—via semantic HTML5 structures and screen readers.

2. Implemented Measures

To enhance the user experience, we have implemented the following technical measures:

  • Keyboard Navigation: All interactive elements, including booking forms and language switchers, are fully operable via the Tab key. A skip-link is provided at the top of each page to allow users to jump directly to the main content.
  • Visual Contrast: Text and background contrast ratios are maintained above WCAG AA requirements, ensuring readability for users with low vision or those browsing in bright outdoor light.
  • Alternative Text: All images are provided with descriptive alt attributes, allowing the content of the visual elements to be communicated effectively through assistive technology.
  • Motion Control: We utilize the prefers-reduced-motion media query. For users who have restricted animations at the OS level, all visual shifts and rotations are disabled to prevent dizziness or discomfort.

3. Known Limitations

While we strive for full accessibility, some limitations remain. In certain complex pricing tables on the Services page, the screen reader reading order may not perfectly align with the visual layout on some mobile devices. Additionally, since we use FormSubmit for our contact forms, the timing of error message notifications may vary across different assistive technologies.

We are committed to resolving these issues in future updates. For further details on our service obligations, please refer to Section 3 of our Terms and Conditions.

4. Feedback and Support

If you encounter any accessibility barriers while using our site, please contact us. Our team will review your request and, as a rule, provide an alternative means of access or a correction plan within 24 hours.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Personal Information Protection Commission (PPC) of Japan, located at 3-3-1 Kasumigaseki, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo 100-0013, regarding your data rights and accessibility access.

5. Legal Basis and Jurisdiction
