The Production Process
To ensure a seamless workflow and the highest quality output, we follow a structured four-step process for every project:
- Consultation: We discuss your project goals, the number of performers, and the required time to check availability.
- Booking Confirmation: Once the date is set, a 30% deposit of the total estimated cost is required to secure the session.
- Recording & Production: A professional engineer manages the session, optimizing microphone placement and signal levels.
- Delivery: Final files are delivered in your preferred high-resolution formats, such as WAV or MP3.

How long do you store recording data?
We maintain a session archive for 12 months after the project is completed. Data is permanently deleted after this period, so we recommend early backups.
How many revision rounds are included in mixing?
Our standard mixing and mastering plans include up to 3 rounds of revisions. Additional changes may incur extra costs.
Are minors allowed in the studio?
Clients under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or a responsible adult at all times.
